This website
- We count page views and visits to see what people read. We do not use cookies, local storage or any tracker for this, and we never store your IP address.
- To count a visitor once a day, we keep a one-way hash of your address and browser made with a random key that is thrown away every day. It cannot be turned back into your address, and it cannot follow you from one day to the next.
- We also count clicks on the download buttons, replays watched and games of the original played here. Just the counts.
- The original game on this site remembers your best scores in your own browser only.
The game and the leaderboards
- When you finish a game, Snakey can send it to the leaderboards: the name you chose, your score and the replay of the game (the moves you made), with a random player id made on your device so your scores stay together. The name and the replay are public on this site.
- The game also tells us, without any id, what was played: how long, which levels were tried and how they ended, which version of the app. We use this to make levels fairer and more fun.
- We may remove names that are not nice, and scores along with them.
Questions
Snakey is made by Exevio. If you want your scores removed or have a question, write to us through the support link in the app store listing and tell us your player name.
